The Tramex Flooring Inspector EZ Kit is a compact and professional solution for measuring moisture content and relative humidity in concrete and wood flooring. Designed for instant and precise testing, this kit combines non-destructive concrete moisture measurement with in-situ RH testing and wood moisture analysis, making it ideal for flooring professionals and inspectors.

At the core of the kit is the Tramex CMEX5 digital moisture meter, which performs quantitative concrete moisture testing using Gravimetric testing as a baseline and supports comparative testing in accordance with ASTM F2659. The built-in hygrometer measures ambient relative humidity, temperature and dew point conditions, while plug-in Hygro-i2 reusable RH probes enable in-situ concrete RH testing to ASTM F2170, BS8201, BS8203 and BS5325 standards. A heavy-duty wood pin probe allows accurate moisture content measurement in timber flooring.

Bluetooth connectivity to the Tramex Meters App enables real-time visualisation of readings, geotagging of test results and the creation of moisture maps, reports and charts. Users can also view the meter screen remotely on a mobile device when working in hard-to-reach areas. The kit is supplied in a durable, easy-travel Tramex case for convenient transport and storage.
